  11. Can anyone provide the definition of the 6-bit IPARS character set?  
  12. Besides the binary-to-character mappings, are there any other 
  13. important things to know about the use of IPARS?  i.e. is it 
  14. transmitted bit-reversed (MSB first) or with the bits inverted?
